- Helpful for managing puppies and encouraging self-control.

- Use a treat to guide your dog’s nose up and bottom down.
- Command “SIT” when in position, reward with a treat and affection.

- Practice off-leash in a safe area once mastered.
3. DOWN

- Keep training positive, especially for anxious dogs.
- Steps:
- Use a smelly treat in a closed fist.
- Lower your hand to the floor, encouraging your dog to follow.
- Command “DOWN” when in position, reward with a treat or affection.
- Avoid forcing; encourage each step towards the correct posture.
4. STAY
- Challenging for active dogs.
- Requires consistency and practice.
- Steps:

- Command “NO” when the dog moves towards the treat, gently pull back.
- Reward with “YES” and a treat when they obey.
6. TAKE IT & DROP IT
- Teaches exchange and release of objects.
- Steps:
- Encourage your dog to take a toy with “TAKE IT.”
- Introduce a second toy, commanding “DROP IT” for the first and “TAKE IT” for the second.
- Reinforces conditional associations and obedience.
7. GET OFF
- For managing off-limit areas like beds or sofas.
- Steps:
